While we’re only in the office physically during business hours, we will be available to assist with after-hours issues, as much as is practicable. As with any service provider, some issues require physical attendance by technicians, which understandably cannot always be achieved after hours. We will always endeavour to start investigating the issue as soon as it’s made known, and will work promptly towards a resolution.

To connect to a Tel5 Solution, you do need have compatible hardware. If your on-site hardware is only a few years old, there’s a good chance it can be reused. Your Business Solutions Specialist will advise what you’re existing hardware is capable of, and if an update or replacement is required.

Yes, we do! We have access to flexible finance options, with terms between 12 and 60 months. Our finance options also have competitive rates when compared with our competitors.
